Heads up ReadiStreet looking after our Soup Runs and Tea Bar

Wendy is also part of our office staff helping with ReadiFood

She is a member of All Nations (Elim) Church

Andy Dickens – Director

After spending 30 years working in both busines and faith sectors, Andy took over running the charity in March 2023

He is part of Reading Family Church Whitley

Malcolm Peirce – Communications Officer

Currently our Communications Officer having been Director of FCG from 2005 till March 2023. Malcolm has stepped aside with a view to retirement.

Malcolm has worked with FAITH both as a Volunteer and then as a Trustee since the early 90’s.  His background is in Education and and a variety of office and administrative roles. He brings a broad brush of skills to FAITH. Malcolm is part of LifeSpring Church in Reading 

Alison Peyton – Food Bank Manager

Alison looks after all aspects of the ReadiFood warehouse; parcel deliveries; volunteers; corporate teams

Alison has been with us since 2011 and attends St. John’s and St Stephen’s Church, New Town.

Sarah Mawby – Office Co-ordinator

Office Administrator – ReadiFood Food Bank and other office duties

Sarah joined us January 2019. She has a background in administration and customer services.

Sarah is part of New Hope Community Church.

James Mawby – Support Worker

James joined us in 2021 as a general support worker right across the charity. James has taken over some of the direct support of clients as well as all sorts of support for ReadiFood and ReadiStreet.

Sarah Pedlow – Project & Volunteer Co-ordinator

Sarah runs our SAGE women’s Project

Margaret Taylor – Panty Co-ordinator

Margaret runs the Norcot Pantry, managing food stocks and volunteers. She began work with us in March 2022. She is a member of Carey Baptist Church but regularly attends Norcot Mission as well..
